Supporting nationally and internationally major automotive and domestic electronics manufacturers in a state of the art electronics repair facility. Managing advanced repair and exchange schemes, for both in and out of warranty, in car entertainment systems and domestic hi-fi systems. Skilled in international logistics and reverse logistics working with bespoke web portals designed to specific client requirements and with a multi lingual call centre. AEL are able to offer tailor made logistics services across a wide spectrum of products and services.
Automotive key and lock programmes in partnership with vehicle manufacturers. Key cutting and building lock sets, supporting vehicle manufacturers after sales programmes, with a 24 hour VOR service in the UK and Europe. AEL manage security data for a number of vehicle manufacturers to include radio and immobiliser codes.
